Catherine Sim is an accomplished Finance leader with a proactive approach and extensive commercial experience across the not-for-profit (NFP) and public sectors.

She holds the title of Fellow at CPA Australia and has earned a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws. Additionally, Catherine is a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.

Currently, Catherine serves as the Head of Finance & Investment for a government entity in Victoria. With a passion for governance, Catherine thrives in her role as the head of finance and as a board member for various entities.

Throughout her career, Catherine has built a strong track record of collaboration with boards, consistently demonstrating her commitment to advancing organisational goals through effective financial stewardship and strategic leadership.
