Membership Renewals
Renewal notices will be issued to all current members except the ‘Community’ and ‘Life’ members. Trainees will be invoiced for Full Membership fees upon completion of training on the anticipated trainee end date unless you advise us that you are still in training with an updated date of completion.
Subscription options include 12- and 36-month renewals on memberships. Attractive savings are offered on 36 months renewals. The fees above are set by the TOGA Board of Directors.
Discounted Options:
Members Undertaking Study to a Relevant Qualification
- Membership fees are waived for students. Please advise us of your course status including anticipated date of completion. Please note TOGA reserves the right to request for proof of enrolment or withdraw your benefit at any time.
Financial Hardship
- If you are experiencing financial hardship, but would like to continue your TOGA membership, please contact us to discuss your situation prior to membership renewal. Submit your request to waive fees for a particular time period by writing to info@thoraciconcology.org.au. Individual requests will be reviewed, and a response provided.
Renewal Reminders:
Automated reminders will be sent at -60 days, -30 days and -24 hours. If you renew within the renewal deadline, you can avoid receiving the renewal notices. If you fail to renew, your membership may lapse; however, you will be given a grace period of further 2 months to pay your dues and all privileges of membership will be reinstated (as per the Constitution).
NOTE: During the grace period, members will not be able to endorse other members’ applications and cannot vote at an AGM if in a voting category of membership.
If you have received reminders, please ensure you renew by 17 February 2023 to avoid any potential disruption to your membership status.
