Membership application form
To become a TOGA member please follow these steps:
- Determine a current TOGA member who can propose you for membership. If you need assistance with this, email your details and query to info@thoraciconcology.org.au
- Enter details in online form below
- Forward the email you receive from info@thoraciconcology.org.au to your proposer asking them to email you back with their affirmation that they are proposing you for membership
- Forward that email to info@thoraciconcology.org.au
Your application will be submitted to the TOGA Board for approval, and following the Board meeting you will be contacted with the outcome. The Board meets monthly so there may be a delay of just over 1 month before your application is presented.
