Your ASM Accommodation Secured

TOGA has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, for delegates to book during the ASM. You are encouraged to secure your accommodation through the TOGA to ensure you receive the below negotiated and competitive rate.

Accommodations can be booked during the registration process.

Please note:

Room rate: $300 p/n – The rate is for room only and does not include breakfast. Full buffet breakfast is available from 6:30am – 10:30am at a charge of $54.00 pp. Breakfast will be available at the Microsatellite Breakfast Symposium, as part of the ASM Program.
The ASM rate is available for the nights of 30 July to 2 August 2024, inclusive. A limited number of rooms are being held on the specified nights and can be booked during the online registration process on a first come, first served basis.
The rate is NOT available by contacting the hotel directly.
Additional nights outside of the main ASM dates may be requested. Please note this is subject to availability and conference rate cannot be guaranteed.

If you are a Scientific Committee Member, ASM Local Organising Committee Member, invited speaker or a Board Member, please register under the ‘Speaker/Committee Member’ category.
TOGA is offering a limited number of travel grants to support TOGA members residing outside Sydney metro to attend the ASM in person. You can apply for travel grants when registering. Travel grants will close on 16 June 2024, with outcomes communicated by 28 June 2024. If you require a confirmed travel grant to attend, we suggest that you register once the outcome of travel grants are known.
